Two types SADs were evaluated:I-gel (Intersurgical, Wokingham, UK) novel device called Baska Mask, which belongs third generation SADs. evaluation criteria included ease insertion, oropharyngeal sealing pressure, ability drain gastric fluid, prevention malposition, pressure during controlled ventilation spontaneous breathing, reduction respiratory complications.
 Results: SADs, including I-gel, are easy insert offer high pressure.
